In August we held the Youth Congress in Croydon. The aim of the Youth congress was to get a better understanding of the needs of Croydon’s Young people.
There were two points that the Youth Congress felt strongly about:
Croydon Council have responded by putting on the “Croydon Live” event. Aimed at local 16-25 year olds, the “Croydon Live” will be focused on providing employment opportunities including full and part time, apprenticeships and advice and guidance in areas such as interviews skills, CV workshops, confidence and money advice to our young people.
